To ensure efficient train clearance, Horgos Customs has worked with railway operators, leveraging technical tools to inspect and release upon arrival for freight trains, lifting overall customs‑clearance efficiency by more than 50%.    “During peak arrival periods for freight trains, we have cut the shortest port clearance time to under 30 minutes,” said Cai Guangxu, an official at Horgos Station, China Railway Urumqi Bureau Group Co Ltd.    Up to now, 91freight train routes to Europe and Asia run via Horgos Land Port, reaching 46 cities and regions across 18 countries, carrying more than 200 categories of goods.    (By Xu Wenda, Zhang Dongfang)                    。         　　国家广播电视总局日前发布了《有线电视业务技术要求》等三项广播电视和网络视听行业标准的通知，要求有线电视终端应提供“开机进入全屏直播”和“开机进入突出直播频道的交互主页”两种“开机模式”选项，系统默认设置应为“开机进入全屏直播”。         　　根据相关通知，有线电视智能机顶盒开机过程所需时间应不大于35s。有线电视运营机构在提供直播频道和时移电视、频道回看、视频点播等有线电视业务时，应确保界面简洁友好、操作方便快捷、节目优质传输。         　　相关通知对互联网电视终端接入可正常使用带宽不低于100Mbps的情况下，节目播放响应时间作出规定。要求点播节目从点击节目播放至出现第一帧的响应时间宜小于2s，应不大于3.5s；节目暂停/播放、快进、快退等操作响应时间宜小于2s，应不大于3.5s；退出节目播放返回播放前页面的响应时间应小于1s。                   责任编辑：刘茜。
