普京当天还签署总统令，免去尼古拉·帕特鲁舍夫安全会议秘书职务，另有任用。

另据俄联邦委员会（议会上院）12日晚在社交媒体上发布的消息，普京提名此前担任第一副总理的安德烈·别洛乌索夫为俄国防部长，提名谢尔盖·拉夫罗夫留任外交部长、谢尔盖·纳雷什金留任对外情报局局长、亚历山大·库连科夫留任紧急情况部长、弗拉基米尔·科洛科利采夫留任内务部长、康斯坦丁·崔琴科留任司法部长、亚历山大·博尔特尼科夫留任联邦安全局局长，维克托·佐洛托夫留任国民警卫队总司令。

三 | 此外，瓦列里·格拉西莫夫仍留任武装力量总参谋长职务。

安德烈·别洛乌索夫于1959年出生在莫斯科，曾先后担任俄联邦经济发展部部长、总统经济事务助理和第一副总理。

俄总统新闻秘书佩斯科夫表示，绍伊古将负责管理俄罗斯联邦军事技术合作局的相关事务，同时他还将担任俄军工委员会副主席。

据塔斯社报道，俄联邦委员会需在一周内对相关提名进行审议并向普京汇报审议结果。

普京7日在克里姆林宫宣誓就职，开始其第五个总统任期。他于10日正式任命米舒斯京为新一届政府总理。普京11日签署命令，批准米舒斯京提交的新的政府架构方案。根据法律规定，米舒斯京随后将向俄国家杜马（议会下院）递交有关新政府部长人选方案，经国家杜马批准后由俄总统任命，其中国防部、联邦安全局、内务部、司法部、紧急情况部和外交部等的负责人由总统与联邦委员会协商后任命。
